Welcome to The golden spoon These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile/tablet application (“App”) used to order food and beverages by scanning a QR code at your table.

By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. User Eligibility
To use this app:

You must be at least 13 years of age.

You must provide accurate and current information (name and mobile number) before placing an order.

2. Order Process
Orders can only be placed via QR code scan from your table.

Once placed, your order is sent directly to our kitchen and cannot be modified or cancelled through the app.

Payments may be collected at the table or via any method offered by the restaurant.

3. Use of Personal Information
Your name and mobile number are collected solely for the purpose of identifying and processing your order. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

4. Code of Conduct
You agree not to:

Misuse the app or attempt to disrupt its services.

Provide false or misleading personal information.

Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

5. Intellectual Property
All content in the app (menu, branding, logos, designs) is the property of The golden spoon. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
The golden spoon is not responsible for:

Technical issues, downtime, or data loss.

Errors in order due to incorrect information entered by the user.

Delays or errors in service due to factors beyond our control.

7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
